Definitions of Must : -

It is the Part of Modals. Must is very different from Should and Ought to. because with the use of must, It related with Compulsion, Necessity, Result and Conclusion. 
Must Past tense is also be Must.
Example :
(1). You must take this Medicine.
(2).  It is 7 a.m. so assembly must be start.
(3). Radha is not looking well. so she must be seen by doctor. 
(4). We must learn the English notes before exam.
